General of machine:
1.The in line curing machine (ICM Series) is idea for high volume
curing production.They are easy to integate with different
Conformal Coating machines.
2.Available in different lengths,they provide the flexibility to
match your production requirements and feature robust construction
and a streamlined appearance.
3.The oven is equipped with a unique downdraft exhaust
design.Plenums below the conveyor rails,it will remove volatile
organic compunds(VOC),which are typically found in comformal
coating applications.This provides a safe operating environment
when coupled to your external exhaust system
4.The upper cover can be lifted manually. So to maintain the heater
easily.
Heating system:
1.The cure chamber achieves a thermally uniform atmosphere with
special far infrared carbon silicon heater from Japan originally.
2.All the heaters can be adjusted height manually,so to get best
heat performance for different products.
3.The inner tunnel of the oven is made of stainless steel which
easy for cleaning.
4.Specially enlarged the heat-resistant layer to 100mm,prevent the
heat lose effectively,so to save energy .
Electrical system:
1.PLC and color touch screen for controlling.It can store more than
50 groups of parameters in the touch screen.
2.PID for temperature controlling,temperature can be controlled
under ±2℃.
3.Brand electrical component like Schneider (German) breaker,Omron
(Japan) box breaker.It runs stable and lower noise.
Conveyor system:
At entrance and exit there are plate we can adjust the height ,so
to prevent heat lose from both end.
Fine pinch mesh belt conveyor system.It able to carrier 20Kg
products.
Operating environment
1.Room temperature: The room temperature for this machine should be
kept at 5~40℃ no matter the machine works or not.
2.Relative humidity: The relative humidity of the room for this
series of machines should be kept at 20~95%.
3.Transportation and storage: This machine can be transported and
stored at -25~55℃. It also can accept a temperature of 65℃ within
24 hours. During transportation, high humidity, vibration, pressure
and mechanical shock should be avoided as possible as you can.
Site preparation for installation:
a: Please see Section 3.3 for machine dimensions.
b: Please place and use the machine in a clean and ventilated
environment to prevent soldering quality from being impacted by
dust.
c: Do not install the machine near any electric or magnetic
interference source.
d: During installation, please make sure that the feeding end and
the discharging end do not face straight any fans or windows.
e: Enough space should be reserved at the rear side of the machine
for its repair and maintenance and over the oven for opening top
cover and installing ventilation pipes (The diameters of the two
exhausting outlets at the two ends of this machine are Φ125mm).
