Product Description

1. Completely independent development, using microcomputer program control, precise fixed point and strong stability. Cut a single board within 0-360MM length with one knife.

2. The cutting speed of the cutting board can be adjusted to high and low. The speed is 500mm/S and 300mm/S. If the knife speed is fast, the product quality can be improved without burrs and burrs.

3. The travel of the cutter wheel: 0-360mm (the length of the cutter can be customized). The upper and lower height of the cutter wheel is fine-tuned:0-2mm to apply to various PCB board thicknesses, and to solve the problem of the depth of the V-CUT groove on the PCB board. The height of the console can be adjusted: 0-50mm.

4. The travel of the knife can be set with the length of the plate, and the fixed point of advance and stop can be set manually, and the fixed point of stop is manually set.

5. Tailgate depth range: Unlimited. Maximum board cutting width: unlimited, maximum board cutting length: 360mm, maximum board thickness: 0.2-5mm, maximum thickness between V grooves: 0.25-2.0mm.
